Job description

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, communicate, and implement the company's HR strategy to align with the overall business goals and objectives. Provide strategic input and guidance to the executive team on HR-related matters.

 Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention and cost

 Develop and manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring cost control and allocation of resources.

 Train, mentor, and leading HR initiatives and Best Practices. Responsibilities Strategic HR Management (Talent Acquistion & Talent Management & Employee Engagement)

 Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.

 Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

 Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.

 Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.

 Develop comprehensive strategic retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.

 Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.

 Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed relationship for C&B, Staffing, HRSS, Payroll and strategic HR interventions

 Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits Across WTSL.

 Utilize HR analytics Dashboards and metrics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. Compensation and Benefits & Compliance and Risk Management:

 Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, market competitiveness, and internal equity. This includes defining pay structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.

 Mitigate HR-related risks through effective policies and procedures.

 Stay up to date with labourlaws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Ensure the organization's practices are compliant with these laws and regulations. Technology and Innovation:

 Oversee the implementation and utilization of HR technology solutions that can streamline HR processes and provide data-driven insights.

 Leverage technology and innovative HR solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency

Master's degree in human resources, or a relevant field is preferred with minimum of 15 – 18 years of senior-level HR leadership experience, preferably in the Shared Services & GCC industry.
