Job description
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, communicate, and implement the company's HR strategy to align with the overall business goals and objectives. Provide strategic input and guidance to the executive team on HR-related matters.
Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention and cost
Develop and manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring cost control and allocation of resources.
Train, mentor, and leading HR initiatives and Best Practices. Responsibilities Strategic HR Management (Talent Acquistion & Talent Management & Employee Engagement)
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
Develop comprehensive strategic retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed relationship for C&B, Staffing, HRSS, Payroll and strategic HR interventions
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits Across WTSL.
Utilize HR analytics Dashboards and metrics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. Compensation and Benefits & Compliance and Risk Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, market competitiveness, and internal equity. This includes defining pay structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
Mitigate HR-related risks through effective policies and procedures.
Stay up to date with labourlaws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Ensure the organization's practices are compliant with these laws and regulations. Technology and Innovation:
Oversee the implementation and utilization of HR technology solutions that can streamline HR processes and provide data-driven insights.
Leverage technology and innovative HR solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
Master's degree in human resources, or a relevant field is preferred with minimum of 15 – 18 years of senior-level HR leadership experience, preferably in the Shared Services & GCC industry.
