  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Architect scalable and efficient Java-based systems, considering performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality through thorough testing and debugging.
  • Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, trends, and tools, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving technical issues and addressing any challenges faced by the team.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.
