Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Front Office Executive, located in Kochi. As a Front Office Executive, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have a positive and pleasant experience at the hotel. The candidate will manage reservations, check-ins, and receptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and be a team player
• Understanding and experience using hotel management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
