We currently have 11-50 employees and plans to grow to 100 employees with 3 experience centers in Bengaluru within a year.
Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process and creating innovative concepts for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on residential and commercial projects
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of materials, colors, and finishes
- Ability to create and present design concepts effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership abilities and the ability to manage a team
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Lead the design process for residential and commercial projects
- Create and present innovative interior design concepts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, materials, and finishes
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials
- Oversee the execution of the design, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Manage a team of junior designers and provide guidance and mentorship
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
