Job Overview We are hiring a Financial Controller with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our client. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and forecast cash flows and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
- Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting process
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
