Noida, India Mode: Work from office Job Status: Full Time About the company: A Leading Global Pharmacovigilance solutions company specializing in innovative software and expert consulting services, suported by hundreds of employees with multiple offices in USA, Japan, and India. Experienced team of business and technology innovators work with Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management Professionals to help increase compliance, productivity and quality for the entire Drug Safety value chain. Looking for an experienced IT security leader with a background in AWS and cloud operations . A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, be organized and have expert level skills in the field of IT and Cloud Security. You will help define and enforce our security policies and procedures. You must have demonstrable experience and skills in Cloud based security and have managed and built successful security operations in the past. Must be capable of leading from the front lines, this position requires both hands on technical experience as well as management skills. Job Responsibilities Implement and maintain AWS solutions Author, review and approve Cloud architecture Propose Cloud designs for new clients and new offerings Act as Subject Matter Expert in AWS and Cloud issues, Cloud security and automation Provide leadership and technology vision to the IT Cloud Team. Perform internal /External Audits Document, implement and monitor adherence to IT security standards Assess and improve security metrics Work on improving security tools and operations Monitor and manage IDS, vulnerability scanning & assessments Log aggregation and analysis Requirements Overall 12+ years of relevant experience including: 8+ years of AWS experience using AWS based cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, VPN, EBS, Route53, SG, S3, CloudFormation etc) 5+ years of IT management experience 3+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management tools 10+ years of Linux & Windows Security administration AWS Certification is mandatory for this role Also, should have experience in : GDPR implementation 27001 implementation HIPPA implementation Writing Information Policies, SOPs, and work instructions Managing Cloud security Privacy Conduct Internal Audits Security aspect wrt Software Development Lifecycle Managing Cloud and Container Security Network and Application penetration testing Vulnerability scanners, IDS and IPS deployment and monitoring SIEM tools Developing, documenting and implementing security standards Security Automation and Orchestration tools Incident Response & Management, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management Managing security operations and teams Additional Desired experience in: Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools (Logz.io, Splunk, Nagios, SumLogic) Practices such as Change Management and Configuration Management Infrastructure as Code and tools such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet Hardening Operating Systems and Applications (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows) Endpoint security management Working in GxP environments Practices such as Change Management and Configuration Management Education: BE/Btech in Computers/ MCA/BSc in computer Science or equivalentJob tags
