Job Description
- Search for innovative ideas supported by Market Research.
- Closely track developments in insurance space within India and globally, in both health and non-health space in terms of new product launches, customer journeys etc.
- Ideate new products, preparing product proposition & structure drafting filing documents, regulatory compliance & filing, designing customer journey for a smooth buying experience.
- Give creative inputs to marketing team on product launch, marketing and communication collaterals
- Identify system requirement, lead, coordinate with system development team and track the system development of product to ensure timely delivery of product
- Launch of product both from system and marketing perspective.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product life cycle
The Successful Applicant
- Strong presentation, problem solving, analytical and communication skills are essential
- Excellent skills in preparing power point presentation
- Banking, insurance and finance subject awareness
- Creative and independent thinker
- Basic understanding of IRDAI regulations and guidelines
- Excellent project management and people management skills
