Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and exit management. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee relations matters within the operations teams.
  • Address conflict resolution, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
  • Work proactively to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to proactively address compliance issues.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Exit Management

  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive approach to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
