Founder

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder at FSH Foundation located in Varanasi. The Founder will be responsible for leading the organization, developing and executing strategic plans, fundraising, building partnerships, overseeing operations, managing budgets, and building and managing a team to achieve the organization's mission.

• Leadership and management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in starting or leading a non-profit organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and building partnerships with donors, foundations, and other non-profit organizations
• Strong financial and budget management skills
• Experience in program design, implementation, and evaluation
• Experience working in the social sector and knowledge of the non-profit landscape in India
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
