Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer/Project Engineer to lead and manage project teams for successful delivery of residential and commercial construction projects. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for managing construction projects' entire lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your ability to coordinate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers will be key to effective project communication and collaboration.
Job Role: Senior Site Engineer/Project Engineer
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and at least 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer/Site Engineer managing multiple projects. You should also have the ability to analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications, proficiency in MS Excel, and be adept at negotiation. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Kannada is a must.
As a passionate professional, you will conduct regular site visits for safety compliance, quality assurance, and project specifications. You will also prepare and present project status reports to top management, highlighting milestones, risks, and opportunities.
