Job description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and other stake holders to create sourcing strategy
Build relationship with prospective candidates and guide them to right opportunity
Identify and build pipeline of passive candidates
Participate in client meetings and provide insight
Guide and mentor junior folks in team
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, Job boards., etc
Job brief:
Proven work experience as a US/Domestic Recruiter with at least 1 years of experience
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
