Job description

1. Designation : Accounts Manager

2. Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai.

3. Experience : 8+ years.

4. Qualification : CA/ Inter CA with graduation in Commerce with relevant experience in Finalisation of Accounts of Listed Manufacturing Company

5. Reports to: DGM Accounts & Finance.

6. Compensation: Commensurate with qualification and experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of IndAS, Finalisation of Accounts and MIS is a must.
• Preparing of Annual Accounts up to finalization; solving queries of Auditors, including
knowledge of requirements under Companies Act for Annual Accounts,
• Doing Ledger scrutiny, analysis of ledgers and trial balance.
• Consolidation of subsidiary companies' accounts with parent company.
• Getting prepared Tax Audits and various reports under income tax acts.

• Working of Advance Tax and ICDS adjustments.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Thorough understanding of updated Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
• Working knowledge of GST.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and related software.
