**Layout and Centerline marking of Columns, Brickwork etc.,
**Measurements of all types of Civil works
**Must know how to check Slab's reinforcement and shall be able to give basic cutting length of steel/reinforcement bars for Column, Beam, Slab, Footing etc.,
** Must know how to do Jantar and Plaster
** Should be able to prepare Reports like DPR, Material and Manpower planning
** Shall be able to check efficiency and output of all workers
** Shall be able to manage the in and out flow of Materials, Machines and Manpower/workers
Skills Required:
** Excel, Word
** Possess a good Communication Skill
** Site and Manpower handling
** Estimation
