Job description
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating daily talent acquisition functions, including interview schedule coordination, ATS administration, and supporting the interview and onboarding processes. The role is instrumental to the candidate pipeline, candidate experience, and furthering our company s growth plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the entire interview process through flawless coordination of internal and candidate calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate with internal personnel and candidates to create an interview schedule that will allow for a positive candidate experience, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Assist with the recruitment process by ensuring compliance with all processes, ATS maintenance and candidate correspondence.
- Draft and post job descriptions on all applicable media to garner excitement in potential candidates
- Produce and submit reports on recruitment activity.
- Support other assigned functions within the employee success department.
- Assist with sourcing candidates, social media updates, and candidate screening.
- Perform all post offer/pre start communication campaigns to ensure a smooth transition to their first day.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements and skills
- Associates degree in human resources or related (preferred).
- 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position (essential).
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent administration, communication, and people management skills.
- Self-driven and self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast moving and constantly growing environment. Startup experience is a plus.
- Exposure to Labor Law, talent acquisition processes and best practices.
- Greenhouse knowledge a plus
- Highly computer literate with capability in google suite of products and related business and communication tools.
