Execution and implementation of vision and mission of the College by implementing action-oriented viable strategies, policies and programs for the development of the college, and optimum utilisation of available resources -------------
a. Management, maintenance, and control of all the academic, financial, HR and administrative operations
b. Development of academic environment, promotion of harmonious work relationships within the college and with all the external agencies, including affiliating universities and regulatory bodies
c. Realisation of academic excellence through promotion of teaching-learning practices, development of innovative student-oriented pedagogic and their smooth implementation
d. Development of new academic programs keeping in view the evolving needs of students & society
e. Development and growth of academic and operational excellence, ensuring adequate facilities, and promotion of human resource by setting up Centre for Excellence.
f. Prepare annual budgets and align P&L to the same
g. Admission planning and Optimum resource utilisation
h. Exam coordination & moderation
i. Compliance for university, govt, etc norms
j. Team Motivation and Management

* 10 years experience in a similar position .
