Job description

**Your role**

Sales / business development specialists, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

You’ll need to be a go-getter and help drive exponential growth, with a hunger for identifying prospects, pursuing sales opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll need to be innovative, great at business networking, and passionate about achieving your targets. 

** What you’ll do**

1. Developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve organizational goals
2. Identifying new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and customer feedback
3. B2B sales & business development for software development and IT services
4. Lead generation through various channels to build and manage a pipeline of potential clients to support business growth
5. Present company service offerings to prospective clients and create project proposals and sales presentations
6. Negotiate and close deals efficiently
7. Always strive to meet or exceed your sales targets
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with overall organizational goals
9. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

**What you should have**

1. Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
2. Proven track record of success in selling IT services / technology outsourcing services
3. Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
4. Excellent communication (written and verbal), collaboration and interpersonal skills
5. Experience using HubSpot / Zoho CRM or similar
6. Any UG or PG with 5+ years of relevant experience

**What would be great to have**

1. B Tech / MCA / MBA / PGDM - business, marketing or related field
2. Experience in the e-commerce domain or IT staffing services
3. Experience of selling in international markets
