Role Title: Accounting Manager

Experience

• Preferable a CA or Semi qualified CA/CPA with 6-8 years of experience in Domestic Accounting

Responsibilities

• Perform/supervise day-to-day operations.

(Procure to Pay & Report, Order to Cash & Report, Record to Report & Analyze, Bank and FA reconciliations, differences solving, open item investigation)

• Supporting month-end closing activities

(All Balance Sheet Reconciliations including Confirmation of Financials are in line with the Accounting Principles) 

• Ensuring all the transactions are accounted according to company's accounting policy

(preparing journal vouchers: rebooking, accruals, bank transactions postings, fix assets postings, depreciation run performing, fix assets reporting, posting fix assets disposals) 

• Responsible for Audit Closure
• Assist in the production of financial statements and in writing footnotes to the financial statements
• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end MIS Reporting to Management & External Parties 
• Special reports on P & L Fluctuation Analysis, expense variance analysis 

Functional Competencies

• General Accounting
• Should have good knowledge on AP/AR, Fixed assets, Inter company
• Experience on Invoicing and payment application.
• Good hands on experience on ERP Software.
• Experience in Client Accounting. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
