* Follow up the leads generated by digital marketing team.
* Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them deals.
* Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
* Should oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
* Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed
Requirements:
We are looking Sales Executives for Palakkad & Thrissur region, the proposed candidate,
* Should have good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
* Should be good at Sales closing.
* Should be fluent in Malayalam.
