Job Description: Manager/ Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Analytics
Location: Noida
Responsibilities
- Develop automated reports and dynamic dashboards utilizing a range of BI tools/Gsheets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and technology stakeholders to gain insights into challenges and offer analytical solutions to enhance program outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth data mining and analysis to identify trends, statistical KPIs and correlations, generating valuable insights that support informed decision-making for stakeholders. 4. Lead the design and execution of analytical initiatives employing advanced statistical analysis techniques.
- Lead Data productization and modelling for end-to-end automation, up-selling scopes and
- further bolster our Sales Funnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years related analytical field experience.
- 2-3 years of experience with SQL
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense.
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Well-versed in the functionalities, features, and capabilities of Sales CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to use scripting languages such as Python or R to evaluate data.
- Experience in the edtech industry
- Project management and execution under hard deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving skills with regard to unstructured, uncertain problems.
- Strong proficiency in Data Science methodologies and statistical techniques.
