Job Title: Corporate Trainer - Sales and Customer Experience

Location : The Centrium, Kurla West, Mumbai

Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Corporate Trainer - Sales and Customer Experience to join our team in Mumbai. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing the selling and service capabilities of our sales force team by conducting systematic assessments and creating, designing, developing, and delivering training programs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate training programs (online, offline, and coaching) and content plans for various target groups (Customer Service/Inside Sales New Hire and Existing team training).

Design the training plans for soft skills, communications skills (across various lines of service, and calls), and targeted training to deliver quality metrics of the Customer Support team

Conduct periodic Training Needs Analysis and implement programs to improve existing customer service levels

Coordinate with the Training Admin for training calendar, participation, certification process, etc.

Perform skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

Responsible for process, product, sales, and service training

Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics

Establish standardized methods for delivery, evaluation, measurement, performance, and reporting for Learning and Developing programs

Leverage technology, to initiate innovative learning and communication practices

Build and maintain relationships that align training delivery with operational success

Education Requirements

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Skills & Attributes For Success

Understanding of contact center technology, processes, and operations Robust training /accreditation program design experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Customer-centric and attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
