Job description
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project context, scope and constraints.
ISO Audit, analytical, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Mitigation, Risk Assessment, Risk Identification, Risk Evaluation, QRA.
Identify areas for process improvement, implement changes and develop innovative approaches and techniques for risk management to improve reliability and consistency.
Conduct workshops with multiple stakeholders to identify and classify risks following QRA methodologies; Audit and correct errors or discrepancies within process being followed.
Maintain Risk Registers and keep updated as identified risk events are averted and/or emergent risks are identified.
Apply expertise and knowledge to develop risk mitigation measures through analysis and calculations using appropriate tools and methodologies; Track and monitor that mitigation strategies are being consistently followed through the project life-cycle.
Participate in Change Management processes within projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, sharing best practices and key learnings from similar situations in the past projects etc.
Ensure that risk management practices comply with organizational policies and industry regulations/standards like ISO 31000.
Provide insights and recommendations for decision-making and identify opportunities for risk mitigation and project profitability.
Review and validate risk management plans developed by junior team members and ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines; Provide technical guidance and mentorship where required.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management.
Manage resources such as software tools, data sources, and reference materials; Help optimize utilization of resources and ensure that team members have access to the necessary resources and training.
Identify resource gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to address them; Plan and budget for resource needs based on pipeline projections.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration both internally within the team as well as with external stakeholders; Communicate risk identification and classification results, risk mitigation methodologies & strategies and assumptions to stakeholders and address inquiries, concerns and/or feedback.
Provide regular updates on the risk monitoring activities and continue to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Strong understanding or ISO31000 principles and QRA methodologies.
Ability to work effectively and competently with people at all levels, within and external to the organisation.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail; Computer literate; proficient in Windows, MS Word/Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
