Responsibilities
- Responsible to Attend Enquires generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing need concerns to fulfil buyers expectations.
- Provide guidance and assist the customer in purchasing property for the price under the best terms.
- Should be able to take them on a tour of the property and brief them about its specifications.
- Coordinate appointments to show property to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects.
- Closing of Sales coordination with Manager
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 03 - 08 years' of sales experience
Preference will be given to Real-estate Sales Experience
