Position- OneIdentity Architect / Lead

Position Overview:-
We are seeking a highly experienced OneIdentity Architect/Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our identity and access management (IAM) strategy. With a deep understanding of OneIdentity solutions and a proven track record of leading complex IAM implementations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable identity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of OneIdentity solutions, including Active Roles, StarlingX, Safeguard, and more.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IAM architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT Security, Operations, Applications) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and optimize OneIdentity solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Automate IAM workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest OneIdentity features and best practices, and participate in the OneIdentity community.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Proactively identify and address potential IAM risks and vulnerabilities.
• Participate in incident response and recovery activities as needed. Qualification:
• 10+ years of experience in IT security and identity management.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing OneIdentity solutions (Active Roles, StarlingX, Safeguard, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and other directory services.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for cybersecurity and staying current with industry trends
