Job Profile Description:
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative Intern/ Marketing Advisor for our agency. You will be involved in connecting with new clients, cold-calling, email follow-ups, and to acquire new potential clients for Mavenwit.
Responsibilities :
Requirements :
-Proven work experience as a sales representative.
-Familiarity with CRM practices and BRM practices along with ability to build productive
business professional relationships.
-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. -Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. -Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
-Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Overview Of Compensation:
As a Commission Sales Representative, your compensation will be based on a percentage of the sales you generate. Our average ticket size is $5000, and you will receive a recurring commission of 20% on each sale.This means that for every sale you make, you will earn 20%+ 5% recurring of the total sale value as your commission.
This commission structure is designed to reward your sales efforts and provide you with a direct incentive to drive sales and achieve targets.
You will also get paid a Flat Commission of $100 each time you onboard a new client to Mavenwit.
