We are looking for Branch Manager role for our client.

Job Title : Branch Manager
Experience: 6 Month +

Location : Chennai

Work Type : Full-time

Branch Manager:

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Branch Manager of KGFS is the business head of the branch and overall responsible for all the activities of the branch.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Business:

Annual and monthly objectives for the following :-

-Asset products - disbursement/ AUM

-Non asset products

Assessment of customer demand for new products/ services Process Compliance:

Ensure adherence to laid down procedures and processes

Ensure correct documentation in the branch as per laid down instructions

Report and take corrective actions on all lapses/procedural flaws Portfolio Management:

Maintain a good portfolio quality and ensure no payment defaults/zero delinquency

Operations Management:

Ensure cash and jewel movement as well as retention as per the laid down instructions

HR & Admin related

Provide leadership and motivation to the branch staff Groom the wealth managers for higher roles and responsibilities

Ensure branch discipline

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Candidate with minimum graduation and team handling experience required

He or She should be able to read & write in Local language
