The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in reporting and analysis of our business
The position is responsible for supporting the financial planning process, business decision analysis, and operational and business reviews
The individual will form relationships with functional owners and structure conversations for smart business decisions, enhance reporting capabilities, encourage open communication among the team and establish a framework for accountability

Ad hoc analysis and reporting are inevitable components of the FPA function in addition to the specific items noted below
Core Responsibilities
Work closely with departmental senior management, providing analyses of revenue, operational margin, labor, expenses and capital to help drive business activities toward achieving financial goals, while leading discussions to drive smart business decisions
Work with managers across the organization to ensure internal/operational financial views are accurate and relevant (Revenue, Margins, OPEX, headcount)
Contribute to the annual planning process, primary owner for financial output
Support ongoing reviews of business operations and process improvement initiatives
Support worldwide financial planning, including budgets, headcount, forecasts and variance analysis reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis and ensure operating and capital expenditures are planned and justified
Assist in monthly accounting close, including detailed expense review/validation, reporting and analysis
Leverage and maintain Adaptive Planning system for forecasting and reporting
Drive automation through existing systems for management reporting wherever possible
Manage weekly cash forecasting process and long-term cash planning
Manage and maintain sales quota/commission planning process globally
Preparation of reporting for Board of Directors, Private Equity Owners and financial lenders
Required Skills
3- 5 + years of progressive experience in FPA / financial management / business planning
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar subject area
Advanced Excel and business modeling skills
Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
Demonstrated understanding of finance / accounting principles and concepts
Comfortable learning and managing new financial systems
Great communication skills that will allow you to interact and work with others that do not have a direct-line reporting responsibility to you
Must be extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task across multiple deliverables, bias towards productivity
Ability to develop detailed financial models, and to synthesize anecdotal and structured information into meaningful insight
Effective presentation skills and experience working with executive leadership
Prior experience and proficiency using NetSuite, Adaptive, Xactly, SalesForce or comparable software tools
Prior experience modeling and presenting data using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
