Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Junior Product Manager with at least 1-4 years of experience, to assist in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies to meet market needs and organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement. Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for external communications, such as interacting with customers or stakeholders Collect and document business requirements Keep track of key deliverables and deadlines Prioritise and manage incoming tasks efficiently Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards Provide insights into project progress, resource allocation, and any potential bottlenecks Promote collaboration within the team by encouraging open communication and knowledge-sharing Skills and Qualifications: Ability to coordinate people and projects effectively Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration Proficient in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges Outstanding organizational abilities to manage project scope, timelines, and resources At least 1-4 years of Experience in Product Management What We Offer: A culture deeply rooted in our core values.
