Job Description

:

Responsible for executing work in the areas of risk & compliance, internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures and come out with observations. Preparation of various Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly financial reports as and when required. Assistance in special investigations. Work with different teams and come out with audit report with observations and co-developed action plan for implementation. Developing Control and process improvements and process changes if required. Track and evaluate effectiveness of changes. Ensure all audit procedure all followed in carrying out of audit and ensure the quality of work. Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives. Identification of risk and cost reduction opportunities. Recommend measures for improving efficiency, productivity and reducing costs. Project management skills to support and undertake projects recognizing and planning for particular areas of uncertainty. Assist in Preparation of Annual Budget and to check that expenses are not spent beyond budgets. Monthly Variance Report between actual and Budgets. To prepare campus wise expense and cost records/cost sheets. To prepare department wise profitability reports. Reconciliation of accounts as and when required. Monthly tracking physical short and excess in inventory. Periodic audits for Accounts and Finance, Fixed Asset , Human Resources , Administrative. Preparation of Monthly dashboard and other Auditing, Financial Planning and Analysis activities. Note :

The profile involves travelling to university campuses for conducting financial audits as an when required.
