The Sr. Marketing Specialist will develop and implement localized programs that will accelerate the growth of our internal and external talent brand and drive results against candidate pipeline and quality goals in our India region. This role will be a strategic thought partner to our cross-functional teams in Brand, Marketing, People (HR), Communications to execute against our shared goals of positioning and amplifying ServiceNow as an employer of choice to prospective candidates. What you'll do:

• Partner with Global and APJ Brand, Marketing, People (HR), Communications teams to develop Talent Brand priorities for India, milestones, and marketing plans across various marketing programs such as paid media, awards & accolades, recruiter enablement, recruitment events, and employee storytelling.
• Own goals around increasing awareness and favorability for ServiceNow as an employer of choice in the region
• Co-lead/lead high visibility projects to create and execute a compelling regional recruitment marketing plan on various social channels and digital platforms to showcase how candidates can grow their career at ServiceNow or on ServiceNow platform.
• Train, prepare, enable recruiters and broader employee base to represent the company externally on social media and at recruitment events
• Define and tailor ServiceNow's talent brand messaging (Employer Value Proposition) for regional talent audiences
• Define and execute regional awards & accolades strategies including prioritization of key awards by region, as well as management of submissions and communication plans for amplification
• Advise and consult with cross-functional teams (Comms, Brand, HR) to identify existing and future opportunities to amplify talent brand content internally and externally
• Analyze, report and share metrics and insights from regional Talent Brand programs and campaigns, articulating ROI and impact

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has/is:

• 5+ years' experience working in a marketing, HR, or communications role serving the APJ region
• Strong communications and integrated marketing experience persona-based approach to messaging, content and journey mapping
• Ability to collaborate, partner and advocate throughout the organization and with agencies leading via influence
• Solid writing, editing, presentation and communication capabilities content creation experience a plus
• Analytical mindset regarding marketing programs and their outcomes continuously measuring, testing, and optimizing
• Naturally a driver and builder able to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
• Must be a creative and curious individual who loves what they do and embraces continuous learning and diversity of thought
