Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Product Development: Collaborate with senior team members to assist in the development of new Ayurvedic products.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance activities by conducting quality checks, reviewing documentation, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing the production and distribution of Ayurvedic products. Stay updated on changes to regulations and communicate requirements to the team.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of product development, quality assurance activities, and regulatory documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and research, to support various projects and initiatives related to Ayurvedic products.
- Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards: Follow established safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Knowledge or internship experience in Ayurveda or Quality Assurance preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for Ayurvedic products is a plus.
