Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Support
. Implementation and ensure adherence of Application Support Processes
. Ensure effective Governance of following points:
o Monitor overall progress
o Tickets trending
o Risk and Issue Management
o SLA Compliance
o Escalation Management
. Stakeholder Management: Liaison with both internal & external clients ensuring customer satisfaction.
. Reporting: Publishing of key metrices & reports on required periodicity
. People Management - Resource management including shift planning, productivity measurement, skill development etc.
. Maintain Knowledge base
. Respond to RFP and proposals
. Graduate/postgraduate with IT/Computer Science Background
. Experience in IT application support and Development
. ITIL certification at Intermediate/Expert level
. Prior work experience in Application Support projects is a MUST
. Well versed with Incident, Problem and Change Management Process
. Good project management skills and experience
. Technical background with hands-on development experience (preferably in Microsoft Technologies) in the past
