Position: Assistant Manager - Exclusive Audit
Location: Delhi
Reporting to: Channel Hygiene & Audit Manager
Job Duties The person handling the role will be responsible for audit of MI Homes/MiSD end to end manage the audit and hygiene process, agency management, sensitize cross functional team on audit issues. Follow up closure of audits issue points through continues follow-up and discussions to ensure best customer experience.
Job Responsibilities - Conducting the MI Home/MiSD audits to safeguard of inventories, assets and
- adherence to statutory compliance.
- Mi Home/MiSD surveillance audit to enhance the best customer experience.
- Manage audit agency.
- Review of reports shared by audit agency.
- Sample check of audit agency working and finalize the report.
- Conduct regular meeting with stakeholders for closure of issues.
- Conduct 360 degree at Mi Homes/MiSD Audit to assess the quality check of Audit Agency.
- Identify improvement areas in audit process and optimization plan.
- Prepare Audit dashboards and monitor the progress on weekly basis
- Support EBMs and Exclusive HR for closure of any incident of integrity issue identity in store.
- Daily monitory of stock take report shared by the MI Homes/Mi Studio and take immediate action on issues identified.
- Keeping the SOE deliverables as agreed with all stakeholders.
- Achieving the KPI & KRA for Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly review.
- Daily, weekly, monthly reports to Mgmt. & other stakeholders.
Qualification – MBA/CA
Experience - 6+ years
Skills – Internal Audit, Stakeholder Management
Full-time or Part time - Full Time
Travel – Should be flexible
