Job description

Position - IT Purchase Manager

 

Role Description

 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager IT located in Mumbai at Visthara Group of Companies. The Purchase Manager IT will be responsible for managing the company's purchase activities of IT hardware, software, and services, negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, and ensuring that all purchases are completed on time and within budget. The Purchase Manager IT will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions based on the company's IT needs.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT purchasing, procurement, and vendor management.

· Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

· Excellent knowledge of IT hardware and software, as well as industry trends and best practices.

· Experience working with accounting and finance teams to ensure all invoices and payments are accurate and on time.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

· Certifications in procurement or supply chain management, such as CIPS or APICS, are preferred.
