Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, meeting sales targets, identifying potential clients, and building long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze the market trends, develop new business strategies, and gather feedback from clients.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and analyze sales data
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• An entrepreneurial drive and passion for achieving successful outcomes
• Knowledge and experience in finance is a plus
