  • Provide value added services to Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities and functions, i.e. CASA Accounts Opening / maintenance Investment Accounts, Borrowing & Non-Borrowing Accounts, personal banking Accounts, Gold signature verification, Online Banking products and services through internet and mobile phones, efficiently and accurately and in accordance with OPM and SOP's within established turn around time to enhance customer satisfaction through optimum utilization of resources.

Key Result Areas

  • Centralized Account Management
  • Processing / Authorizing of various types of Account opening done by Centralized Accounts Management Unit (CAM) and ensure that Policies, Procedures and delivery standards are met which ultimately should reflect in satisfactory Audit Rating and acceptable level of customer satisfaction.
  • Review account opening forms and other relevant documents to set up/maintenance of CASA/ Global/Gold /Islami Banking customers Accounts to ensure compliance with OPM/SOPs and Money Laundering guidelines.
  • Review, verify and process customer requests for Online banking products and services through internet and Mobile phone in order to protect bank risk and ensure error free set up.
  • Activate and process all types of accounts and Online banking products and services efficiently to provide value added services and support to marketing and sales teams.
  • Review / Authorize Investment & Fixed Deposit Accounts and Financial vouchers for the placement of funds in the Accounts.
  • Ensure the process of correspondent banks and financial institution signatures booklets, updated and signature verification timely and accurately in accordance with their stipulated terms and conditions to support various transactions at branches and HO operating units.
  • Co-ordinate with Direct Sales/ Branches/ HO product and services to resolve and fix the gaps and deficiencies identified in the account opening forms, customer's requests and other pertinent documents and signature verification process.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of General Banking Activities and Online Banking Products and Services through internet and Mobile phones, Banks Policy, Procedures, Local / international rules and regulations.
  • Conversant with operating systems, systems and procedures, branch related functions.
  • Strong inter-personal, problem solving communication, analytical.
  • Capable of handling multiple task
  • Minimum Qualification is Graduation.
