Responsibility:
* Minimum 1 year helpdesk experience in a technical support role
* Mandatory support experience in all Windows client support, O365,Remote Access, client networking, printing
* Clear communications in English – both written and verbal, good analytical skills
* Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, MS TEAMS ITSM ticketing tools such as SNOW, Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
* Manage small help desk related projects.
* Backup help desk Manager when help desk Manager is out.
* Documentation of help desk processes.
