Assistant Manager - HR
Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire an Assistant manager - HR
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise HR operations encompassing employee lifecycle management, payroll oversight, and maintenance of HRIS data.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data within HR systems and records.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to drive HR-related initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to derive insights for optimizing HR operations and efficacy.
- Remain abreast of HR regulations and best practices to guarantee compliance.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all HR-related records, including employee contracts, compliance forms, government filings, and vital documents.
- Recruit potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and partner with hiring managers to identify the most suitable candidate
