Job description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and resolving various hardware issues in our IT lab. A strong understanding of networking, servers, and operating systems will be highly beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair hardware issues with computers and other equipment in the IT lab.
- Identify and resolve technical problems with computer systems and network connections.
- Install and configure hardware components, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in managing the lab's network environment, including servers and connectivity issues.
- Conduct regular checks to prevent hardware malfunctions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to students and faculty in the IT lab.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with networking principles and equipment.
- Experience with server management and operating system installations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
