PROGRAM MANAGER/KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to fill the role of Program Manager Stakeholder Manager or Accounts Manager depending on the specific needs of our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing programs/projects engaging stakeholders or overseeing key accounts to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Technology or Management Project Management or related field.
- Proven experience in Program Management Stakeholder Management or Key Account Management depending on the specific role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on client satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities will include the role of a :
- Program Management :
- Develop plan and execute programs/projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders understanding their needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders keeping them informed of project developments.
- Key Accounts Management :
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts.
- Understand client requirements and expectations ensuring the delivery of highquality products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for programs stakeholder engagement or key accounts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance program efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Proactively address issues that may impact the success of programs stakeholder engagement or account management.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders summarizing project/account progress and highlighting key metrics.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation related to programs stakeholders or accounts.
Fintech project experience is good to have .
Worked on onsite for long duration and managing clients from onsite.
