Job description
5+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, having worked on
2 or more implementations and at least 1 support project. Experience Required: · Valid SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Certification is mandatory.· Must have good working experience on Time Off/Timesheet/Time Tracking implementation projects.· Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Time off and Time Sheet Solutions in compliance with the Best Practices· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Time Management processes with other HR systems.· Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF Time Management· Employee Central implementation/support experience is preferred.· Experience/Knowledge in other modules Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession and Development Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, Reporting is preferred.· Experience in conducting system testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful implementation.· Experience in optimizing and streamlining global HR processes.· Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors.· Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology.· Exposure building time reports and stories using People Analytics. Experience Good to Have: · Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architecture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Participating workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training extensively.· Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.· Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and comfortable working with global customers.· Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.· Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
