Job description

- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Corporate Sales. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving corporate sales initiatives, developing high-performing sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Head of Corporate Sales will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our corporate sales growth plans, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales strategies with marketing, product development, and other key business functions.

Team Leadership and Development :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance corporate sales team.

- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions to enhance their business outcomes.

Revenue Growth :

- Set ambitious revenue targets and drive the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

- Implement effective sales forecasting, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms.

- Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Market Expansion :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's corporate client base.

- Develop and maintain a strong network within the industry to generate leads and partnerships.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in corporate sales leadership roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of the corporate sales process, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
