- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Corporate Sales. Team Leadership and Development : - Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance corporate sales team. - Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. - Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team. Client Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions to enhance their business outcomes. Revenue Growth : - Set ambitious revenue targets and drive the team to achieve and exceed sales goals. - Implement effective sales forecasting, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms. - Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Market Expansion : - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's corporate client base. - Develop and maintain a strong network within the industry to generate leads and partnerships. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments to stay ahead in the market. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
