Job Description: As a Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of dedicated employees, manage inventory, and uphold the company's standards of quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff members. Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment & Customer Service Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store revenue and profitability targets. Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory and marketing efforts accordingly. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, ordering, and stock-taking. Minimize stock shrinkage and losses through effective inventory management practices. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed attractively. Implement visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays. Store Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security. Compliance and Safety: Ensure the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs. Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
