Job description
Lead a Team of Technical Resources to perform 24x 7 Operations on assigned customer accounts
Ensure service deliverables as per defined scope & SLA's
Drive Customer Service Management Reviews as well as internal management Reviews
Esnure Monthly reporting on service delivery Parameters , preparation of Trend analysis & reports
Management, setup and operations on various Security devices and OEMs like Cisco, Fortigate, Juniper.
Responsibilities include risk management assessments, as well as ensuring Compliance with Organizational and Customer guidelines regarding security Infrastructure and Implementation.
Serve as an Escalation point for Customer issues and Operations.
Focus on Areas of continual service improvements
Train, and coordinate with L1 and L2 Security support personals for project and Security Infrastructure and other related Customer deliverables .
Operation Manager will establish security objectives, goals, processes, and plans in support of new Customer onboarding..
Operation Manager must have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of IT Security and Best Practices necessary to plan and implement security programs and solutions in support of the business.
Operation Manager Must have strong management presentation and negotiation skills as well as proven experience in organizing and directing staff/team work and coordinating such activities to a successful conclusion.
Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills to review, evaluate, recommend changes and/or develop and implement new programs as requirements and customer needs change.
Must have the skill and ability to conduct and/or support sensitive investigations involving Network Log Analysis and Network Forensics.
Preparation, Reviewing of Analysis reports and providing suggestions for service improvements.
Maintain high morale, satisfied and productive sub unit staff.
Define & ensure implementation of all key delivery strategies, processes, procedures, guidelines, tools, methods.
• BE ( Electronics / Telecom )
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecom
• Certifications: should have any of the below certifications
•
CCNP - Security/ CCIE- Security/ CSSP / CCSE/
Any Security OEM Professional Certification on Fortigate / Checkpoint / Juniper .
Anyone with Security Auditor certification would be a value add
Expereince on F5 will be an advantage
ITIL Foundation Certified – Mandatory
Knowledge on ISO 20000 & 27001 standards would be an advantage
Good level of practiced technical knowledge in Security domain
Good Communication skills, strong customer focus
