Vacancy: CMMS Specialist
Location: Global - Flexible

As the CMMS Specialist you will establish, support, and manage CMMS systems across all Clean Air facilities. The objective is to help reduce the costs for the business and ensure optimal system usage and reporting at the sites as well as implementing controls and processes to ensure a structured approached to CMMS across all of Clean Air. The person will use their expertise to deliver a global standardized approach to CMMS use across all Clean Air sites. You will also be expected to do some international travel to support improvements and implementations.

Your responsibilities:
- Aligns Clean Air needs and priorities with Group and Business direction on CMMS system implementations.
- Directs CMMS framework foundations at plant level to realise CMMS benefits.
- Supports the building of CMMS capabilities within global plant sites.
- Provides technical assistance related to system ways of working and planned outcomes.
- Set policy in the use of CMMS.
- Ensure that the deployment of SAP-PM and HzGN EAM is effective.
Requirements for the role:
- Technical knowledge of CMMS systems. (ex: SAP-PM, HxGN EAM)
- Significant experience in CMMS usage, processes, and development
- Proficient data analyst and new processes developer/adapter
- Strong working knowledge of MS systems like Excel, PPT
- Ability to guide global teams to timely completion of objectives
- Good understanding of plant maintenance practices
