Job description
As a NOC engineer we require you to be an expert in the management and monitoring of a
network from any centralized location. Our technical NOC team is composed of skilled IT & NOC engineers. They watch the IT environment, and ensure that the uptime and connectivity of the IT systems are seamless 24/7. Roles and Responsibilities ● Manage and maintain the on premise and cloud server and services. ● Fault handling and escalation. ● Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for co- location, leased lines, customer backup and other customer network services). ● Server build and installs, application upgrades, network equipment build and installation. Maintaining hardware serial audits, writing custom monitoring plugins and configuring bespoke graphing ● Facilities provisioning (installing racks, setting up power, installing Ethernet, fiber and console cabling, remote power and KVM). ● Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations Skills: cloud,dns,documentation,hardware,network,writingJob tags
