Job description
Position: Head of E-Commerce
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the overall e-commerce strategy, including the company website and various online sales channels. - Drive the development and optimization of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. - Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces such as Zomato, Swiggy, and others to maximize product visibility and sales. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all online sales channels, implementing strategies for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across all platforms. - Implement and optimize e-commerce tools and technologies to enhance the online shopping experience. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to achieve overall business objectives. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and third-party marketplaces. - Familiarity with online food delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using e-commerce tools and technologies. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
