Job Description For Network & Security Qualification: BE/BTech / Diploma/ GraduateExperience : 2.5-5 YearsNetwork & Security (Technical Requirement & Roles & Responsibilities)1) Subject Matter Expert in Network & Security Domain to perform Configuration , maintenance & troubleshooting activities2) Knowledge of Incident Management & Change Management Required while complying the SLAs3) Expertise in working with cross-functional teams to gather quality information and make recommendations4) Understanding of High Level Design & Low level Design, Visio5) Assist the L1 & L2 team in skill enhancement. Create, review & update documentations & publish them in central knowledge base6) Act as management escalation point during outage situations to communicate to senior management while efforts are underway7) Excellent communication & technical writing skills8) Candidate shall be able to analyse customer requirements & provide automation solutions by mapping requirements to runbook automation implementation9) Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex network problems and offer issue resolution.10) Establish best practices and policies for network design to guide other network engineers in their decision making11) Hands on Experience on Checkpoint firewalls (Power1-9075, SMART-1), Cisco ASA (5505-5545) & Blue Coat Proxy, WTI IPS 12) Hands on experience on Cisco Nexus 7k, 5k & 2k series 13) Hands on experience on Cisco ASRs, 3845. 2811 Routers. Cisco WLC , Cisco Catalyst 6500 , 3750, 29xx switches. 14) Knowledge Of Wan Optimizer Riverbed Desirable15) Knowledge Of InfoBlox desirable16) Hands on experience on F5 LTMDesirable Certifications 1) CCNA, CCNP (R&S , Security or Data Centre Track)2) CCSA, CCSP 3) F5 4) Riverbed Certification (1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
