Saregama India Ltd. is a renowned Indian music label and India’s only entertainment company with IP offerings across media channels (music, films, web series and TV serials), delivery platforms (physical and digital) and business models (licensing and Retail). Saregama is known for its music catalogue which consists of more than 1,42,000 songs in all leading Indian languages built over a period of more than a century.
Role & Responsibilities : • To hunt for audio music catalogue licensing opportunities with new clients and increase business share with existing clients (who make films for theatres, originals & web-series for video OTT platforms) • Handling infringements • New business development for PAN India (minus south) regions where film business is booming • Expand business beyond Mumbai region and get new deals • Service existing accounts for new business opportunities Skills: • Understanding of business and Hindi Content • Good in networking and Relationships Management • Strong sense and passion in developing and nurturing a new category • Strong team player • Analytical mind-set and attention to detailJob tags
