Independent worker - need someone who can jump in and figure out how the code works, there will be limited knowledge transfer possible
Strong communication skills
They will report to a Manager in the U.S. and work with a Product Manager in the U.S. to define work
Occasionally meetings with customers to troubleshoot issues will be needed
Troubleshooting skills - issues are reported from the field that will need to be investigated and troubleshooted
Nice to Haves
Agile experience - scrum/kanban using tracking tools like Jira/Confluence
Git/pipeline experience
SOAP API experience
WIX installer experience
