should be good at communication skills, as he would be required to communicate with labour and get the dispatch work done through labour. *should be good at calculation skills. *should be good at memorizing things and instructions given, as he would be required to keep in mind regarding placement of various goods at various places in warehouse. This would enable him to do the dispatch work smoothly, efficiently and speedily. *should be physically active, as he would be required to get the dispatch work done through labourer’s and most of the times he would be required to perform his duty in standing mode. So candidate should be energetic.
